Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will not be processed for requests made after this period.

Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, including but not limited to government filing fees, expedited processing fees, and other third-party costs, are non-refundable. Our service fees for completed work are also non-refundable unless our USCIS Forms Specialist fails to deliver the service as agreed. A 20% fee will be deducted from the service’s total cost if the customer terminates the work already initiated.
